Google November 2024 Core Update
Google rolled out its third core update of the year on November 11, 2024, impacting search rankings worldwide. As usual, Google provided few details with their update, stressing their ongoing advice to "Create content for people, not just for search engines."

Google Search Console recommendations
Google has fully implemented the recommendations section in Google Search Console, offering tailored guidance to your improved website’s performance. You will only see these recommendations if Google has identified actionable suggestions for your site. If you don't see any recommendations, it means Google currently has no specific advice for your website.
Google retires Search Console’s Page Experience report
Google has removed the Page Experience report from Google Search Console, while keeping the Core Web Vitals and HTTPS monitoring tools intact. The change aims to reduce clutter while maintaining all essential metrics. Google has advised users to utilize other available reports and tools within GSC to assess and enhance their website's user experience.
Google's site reputation abuse update
Google has updated its site reputation abuse policy to combat manipulative SEO practices. The updated policy makes it clear that using third-party content to manipulate a site's rankings is a violation, even if the site owner is involved or overseeing it. This move targets what is often called "parasite SEO," where websites use unrelated third-party content to boost their rankings. Google will manually check for these violations and notify affected site owners through Google Search Console. Owners must then fix the problems and ask Google to review their site again.
